Fiona

Fiona is an experienced Myotherapist (BHSc), owner and operator of Live to Move Myotherapy. Fiona is passionate about educating and empowering people to improve their movement, whether for elite performance or everyday life. She has a long dance history involving many styles and years of teaching, and has always been curious as to how movement affects us. At the end of her dance career she found that Myotherapy provided the multi-faceted approach to workable solutions for people’s pain that she believes is the core of recovery, as well as enabling people to get the most from their bodies rather than being inhibited by their limitations. “When people understand why, they are more likely to engage positively in the process”
